This law enforcement request policy describes how Skyline Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) responds to requests from law enforcement and government authorities seeking information about users or activity on our platforms. This policy applies to all websites and services operated by us, regardless of whether registration is required. It provides transparency regarding our cooperation practices while safeguarding user privacy and complying with applicable law.
General Principles
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities when necessary to prevent, investigate, or respond to serious crimes, exploitation, or threats to public safety. We balance this responsibility with our legal obligations to protect user privacy and data under applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and the U.S. Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).
We disclose information only:
In response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant);
When required by law; or
In limited emergency circumstances where there is a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to human life or child safety.
We do not provide access to user data on an informal, voluntary, or blanket basis.
Required Legal Process
Law enforcement agencies seeking user information must submit a formal, written request that includes:
The name of the issuing authority and identifying officer or agent;
The specific legal process being used (e.g., subpoena, court order, warrant);
A clearly defined scope of information requested;
The applicable legal basis authorizing the request; and
Accurate contact information for the requesting agency.
Requests that are overly broad, vague, or unsupported by law will be rejected or narrowed.
Types of Data Potentially Available
Because most sessions occur anonymously, we maintain limited information and can only disclose data that actually exists and remains stored at the time of the request. Depending on the specific service, we may be able to provide some or all of the following categories of information, subject to legal process and retention limits:
Connection and session data, such as timestamps, approximate geographic region, or device-level identifiers (e.g., IP address or session ID).
Moderation records, such as flags, reports, or enforcement logs related to a specific session.
Account data (for registered users only), including account creation date, registered email address, login method (e.g., Google or Apple), and account status.
Payment and transaction information, where applicable, as processed through third-party payment providers.
Communications with support, including abuse reports or appeals submitted by a user.
We do not retain or provide live chat recordings, message histories, or video content, except where that data is temporarily cached for moderation or safety review. Cached data is automatically deleted after a short retention period unless preservation is required for an ongoing investigation or lawful order.
Emergency Disclosure Requests
In cases involving imminent danger to life, serious injury, or child sexual exploitation, we may disclose limited data without a formal legal process. Those requests must:
Be sent by an identifiable law enforcement official;
Include the words “EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST” in the subject line; and
Clearly describe the nature of the emergency, the individuals at risk, and why the information is necessary to prevent harm.
Emergency requests should be directed to: [email protected]
We review emergency requests 24/7 and respond as quickly as circumstances require.
International Requests
For requests originating outside the United States, the requesting authority must use established international cooperation mechanisms, such as Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs) or other diplomatic channels. We do not respond directly to non-domestic law enforcement requests unless required by applicable law or treaty.

Data Retention and Privacy
We retain user and session data only for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect user safety. Data is stored securely and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not maintain comprehensive logs or identifiable records for anonymous sessions beyond the brief retention periods needed for moderation, abuse detection, and law enforcement compliance.
Transparency
We maintain internal records of all law enforcement and government requests, including the date, requesting authority, type of process, and outcome. Aggregated statistics on requests and disclosures may be published in our periodic transparency report. We do not disclose personal data of users, reporters, or law enforcement officials in these reports.
